Our secure portal makes your report easily accessible and gives you the option to view and download your report. Your NHS GP or referring clinician will also receive a copy of your results. At Vista Health we have a duty of care to ensure that each of our patients receives the most suitable medical follow-up. We share results with your NHS GP or referring clinician to ensure that you are advised on the right treatment pathway or additional tests if needed.
How to View Your Radiology Report
Step 1
Open the email received by Mimecast in your email. This will have the subject heading Domain Postmaster. This is a secure encrypted email. Sometimes this may appear in your junk folder, so please make sure to check this if you are unable to find it.
Step 2
Click on the create a password link. You will be asked to create a unique password. Click confirm.
Step 3
You will be asked to log in by entering the email address and the password you just created.
Step 4
You can view your report by clicking on the email received by our reports team, click view and download your report. You are then able to save this as a PDF to your computer, tablet or mobile device.

How will I receive my report?
We will send the report to you by a secure encrypted email software called Mimecast. This will have the subject heading 'Domain Postmaster'.
What happens after my scan?
After your MRI, the radiology technician will send the images to the radiologist via a secure way. After that, a radiologist will create a report based on their findings.
How long does it take to receive my results?
A Consultant Radiologist will analyse and report on your scan. We aim to make the report available within 3 working days.
How long is the link available for?
The link to view your report will be available for 90 days. If you require access after this time, please give our patient care team a call on 0330 822 3497.
What if I have any questions regarding the findings?
If you require further information or have reason to query the content of the report, the request must be raised by a GP or medical professional. Unfortunately, we are unable to arrange report reviews at the request of a patient. Please can we ask that you discuss your query with your GP or other healthcare professional. If following this discussion, the concerns remain the same, they may contact us to arrange a further review by emailing reports.team@Vista-Health.co.uk or by telephoning 0330 822 3497.
